Giardini della Biennale Apartment is a recently restaured flat set in a fifteen century building in the typical Via Garibaldi area. The street is alive with a small street market, many shops and handicraft workshop. It is 10 minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco; The Biennale D'Arte Moderna and Cordereie dell'Arsenale are both in easy reach.

Colonne is in the folk quarter of Castello where you can breath the typical venetians atmosphere.

The lido shores are 8 minutes away by boat, as well as The Mostra Internazionale del Cinema (end of august/half of september).

The Giardini Park and boat-stop are 3 minutes away on foot.

Colonne is wonderful and confortable, with wood furniture. It fits adults and children.

You can enjoy our warm welcome and live in your separate apartament in exclusive use for you.

The 3 bedrooms are quite and confortable, with master double bedroom, one single bedroom, one twin bedroom, and more 2 extra bed. 2 baths with shower. There's also a wonderful typical fantastic view.

The guests can cook their own meals thanks to the fully equipped kitchen and can realax in the lounge room. There are TV, radio, tourist items, toys.

The price is all inclusive, linen, our assistance, service, taxes, final cleaning). No more you must pay.

We live near your Apartment (in Villa Sorriso) with 3 children and a cat and we work in painting, painting restauration and social work.
