It is a lovely location for enjoying country walks and relaxing. Within a short drive in different directions, are the Castelfalfi country club with its superb golf course and tennis courts, the town of Certaldo with its interesting medieval quarter and Volterra, Etruscan city.
Only a short distance to many favourites including Siena , Lucca , Pisa and Florence .
Whilst just down the road is San Gimignano with its historic treasures, shops, supermarket and many restaurants and cafés.
The house Uliveta is on the first floor and has independent entry . In the garden there is a private area furnished with table and chairs for eating outside, barbecue and sun umbrella. Next to the garden and enjoying a spectacular panorama is the splendid new swimming pool (12m x 5m) which is furnished with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Parking is close to the apartments.
