Buenos días, todo fue muy bien. Lo único que me gustaría comentar es que el último día nos permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje y demás cosas en la casa hasta la hora de ir al aeropuerto y cuando fuimos a recogerlas la persona que habia limpiado el apartamento habia tirado a la basura una bolsa con comida que habiamos dejado para llevarnos. Por lo demás, todo fue estupendo.

Consigliatissimo, il personale è estremamente disponibile, gentile e cortese e vi fornirà tutte le informazioni necessarie. le camere sono ampie silenziose(in particolare la camera Aurora), ottima pulizia, colazione moolto abbondante e servita in camera. l'ubicazione difficilmente può essere migliore..il b&b è situato di fronte alla fermata metro ottaviano dei musei vaticani. insomma una ottima scelta quando tornerò a Roma vorrò tornare in questo b&b

A 5 minutes du vatican & st pierre, dans un quartier plein de commerces( courses faciles). Acces par bus ou metro aux principaux lieus de visites également faciles ( a pied aussi) Logement trés clean et surtout trés calme , donnant sur cours et pas sur la rue. En résumé bonne adresse et acceuil chaleureux.

Acceuil tres chaleureux de la part des proprietaires du B&B, chambre en parfait etat, propre, spacieuse et bien equipee.
De plus, le B&B est situe juste a cote des deux lignes de metro (compter 5 minutes a pied pour atteindre chacune des ligne) et d'une ligne de tram. Donc acces facile vers toute partie de Rome. Balades agreables le soir pres du logement, vers le Colisee ou le forum.
Sans hesiter, notre futur arret quand nous reviendrons a Rome ^^.

It is a great apartment in very good location. The hosts were really friendly and helpful,Fabio greeted us on arrival, providing us with many useful info regarding Rome, he even printed out the weather chart, map and list of places worth seeing for us! The apartment is great, beautifully decorated with real Roman feel , also very clean and located right in front of colosseum! We could walk to almost all tourist attractions! If I come to Rome next time I would love to stay in Illaria and Fabio apartment once again and I strongly recomend it to everybody! Thank you. Joanna

Cet appartement est non seulement confortable, mais il est de plus meublé et décoré avec un goût artistique certain. J'ai adoré le très beau parquet et les hauts plafonds.
Tout petit bémol : il manque un four à micro ondes, mais peut-être n'est-ce pas un appareil courant à Rome.

I was sharing this beautiful, open and nicely decorated flat with my 2 friends and we love it. We all will suggest it to all of our friends who just go to Rome for a visit. The accommodation was further from Paris than we anticipated but there was fast links with the railway to Paris. Mr and Mrs James could not have been more helpful,and we had a very enjoyable stay with evenings in the local town of Maison Lattiffe and Paris Centre.Would certainly visit again.

A fantastic place to stay and made all the better by our wonderful hosts who made a point of coming downstairs to meet us off the subway late on our first night. Perfectly located for exploring Rome - within spitting distance of the Vatican and 10 mins walk to the Pantheon and all of Rome's other attractions.
Only slight issue was a wait for the bathroom but I understand this is changing over the winter and it was only a problem once.
Would heartily recommend you head here if you want somewhere of good value with great hosts.

We found this appartament at Colosseum a wonderful place to stay.It's big appartment, nice kitchen with all we need,a large dinnig room.A wonderful location-just a few steps from the Colosseum,and very quit neighborhood.

This was at least as magic as our honeymoon! Everything just as was presented on the site. Paris at hand...night walk by Sene, restaurants, Rivoli..Notre Dame, Louvre...any other time I come to Paris I wouldnt change the place to stay!

We loved Apartamento Consavari. The location was 5 minutes walking from the train station. Everything we needed was close at hand, yet the apartment itself was quiet and at the end of a little alley. The apartment is backed up to a quiet little park.
Marisa is very kind and helpful. She does not speak a lot of English, but finds a way to communicate perfectly. The apartment is bright, simple and clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The back patio is delightful. We would stay here again, without hesitation if we were to return to Venezia.

Janot was an incredibly gracious host. He was kind, charming, and very helpful. The room was kept clean every day with chocolates on our pillow at the end of a long day of sight seeing. The small touches were very nice and constant. I recomend this bed and breakfast highly and look forward to returning to Paris and staying with Janot!

Cette pension familiale est accueillante. On est aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Tous les soirs on discute de notre journée et l'on nous donne toujours des infos complémentaires sur les visites que l'on a faite dans la journée. C'est un vrai plaisir. Gaius Rome, was a good surprise, both the requirements as owners.
The owners are very friendly and helpful people, and that helped and gave good directions to get around Rome.
The conditions are very good as far as soundproofing by the appearance and beauty of the rooms.
The location is excellent, as is right beside the underground Octavian. This line gives access to almost all the tourist points.
Breakfast is very good and well served.
We highly recommend this B & B.

Os proprietários são pessoas muito simpáticas e atenciosos, e que ajudaram e deram boas indicações para conhecer Roma.
As condições são muito boas, tanto pela insonorização como pelo aspecto e beleza dos quartos.
A localização é excelente, pois fica mesmo ao lado do metro Octaviano. Esta linha dá acesso a quase todos os pontos mais turisticos.
O pequeno almoço é muito bom e bem servido.

I was very impressed with Hotel Regina in whole. There are restaurants outside the hotel which are very nice, there was a live band playing music. The time we got to our room the music was still outside, but to my surprise we couldn't hear anything. It was a very nice stay and the rate per night are worthwhile as the room was clean. They are located very close to the train station, so we walked to our hotel. It is also very close to the Duomo and we walked the whole time we were there. The staff were very helpful and could speak English very well. I would certainly go there again and can recommend other people to stay there.

The accomodation is excellent because it's a miniflat peacefull and functionnaly furnished in a friendly Arrondissement ,not" up market" but quiet. There is very close Metro station ( 50 metres), a Bus stop at the door of the building and many little shops on the way.The building itself is clean, safe and absolutely silent.

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à Free réservation pour sa prestation ! Site trés sérieux et service impeccable, digne d'une grande agence de voyage. Le logement trés bien placé pour les visites, dommage que l'on n'ait pas pu profiter de la terrasse, il faisait trop frais en ce mois d'avril. Trés bon accueil, dans le logement malgrè l'heure tardive de notre arrivée (22 h)et c'est vrai que les fruits et la bouteille d'eau mis à notre disposition est trés apréciable. Trés bon séjour. Attention aux taxis : 56 € de l'aéroport au logement, pour 2 personnes, on a dû se faire "piégé". Je recommande cette adresse et ce site !

We really enjoyed our stay at La Maison de Janot! Very cosy en clean B&B. Mister Rocchi is a fantastic host.
We hebben echt van ons verblijf bij La Maison de Janot genoten. Janot is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij en verasst ons zelfs met pralines op ons hoofdkussen :-). Het ontbijt was elke ochtend ook een feest met de verse arbeitjes en frambozen.
Alles was ok héél erg netjes.

I couldn’t recommend this apartment more highly. Not only is the location second to none (with the studio situated in the pumping heart of Paris), but the attention to detail within the accommodation is also superb, meaning you may never want to leave!
The service and affable assistance provided by the owner is very reassuring, and Daniel was a pleasure to deal with.
This particular residence offers amazing value for money, as well as an authentic feel for the city-life.

The best guest house ever. The owner Giuseppe was absolutely nice and very welcoming. We did feel there like a part of a family. We will definitely stay in Monolocale Cadorna in Rome on our next visit, everything was just perfect.
10 minutes walk from Termini Station, and in a perfect location to visit the city's main attractions. Yet surrounded in our flat by Italian families all of whom we met, were friendly. With wonderful restaurants on our doorstep full of locals, with hardly a tourist in sight. A roman gem.
Our contact Ms Colonnelli couldn't have been more helpful and even turned up at 7.30 am to check us out, so that we could catch our flight.
Will recommend to all our family and friends.

We are young couple from Bulgaria and we visited Rome in october. Everything reference the lodging was perfect. David(the man who met us on the address)is just fantastic. The breakfast was so various and copious.The rooms are decorated in modern and romantic stile. The lodging is very close to metrostation and to Vatican. We strongly recommend this lodging.

We had a wonderful time in Rome. The apartment was just what we needed. The owners were most welcoming and solicitous. The area was a great introduction to Rome and Italians. We would recommend this apartment to anybody wishing to spend quality time in Rome.
ps. One item that needs attending to is the washing machine. There's a small leak onto the floor and could maybe cause problems downstairs.

Un bed and breakfast excellent. Tout est bien, la chambre n°6 avec vue sur le Duemo, très calme et la clim super l'été. Bien situé dans le centre de Firenze et l'accueil parfait. Giorgo et la jeune fille qui travaillent sont très disponibles et très compétents.

I cannot express enough how AMAZING Maison de Janot is!! The website doesnt do it justice at all - amazing house, beautiful neighbourhood, fantastic breakfast and Janot is a STAR!! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. Great location to all the museums and Metro. Excellent restaurants in the vicinity. Our host was very pleasant and interesting. Hemos quedado completamente satisfechos con el apartamento, en todos los sentidos, nos ha sorprendido lo nuevo y limpio que se encontraba todo y la amabilidad del conserje.
El sitio es perfecto para hacer turismo o tramites en Roma. Si volvemos a la ciudad repetiremos en el mismo apartamento sin pernsarlo. Estaría bien que agregarais un microondas al apartamento. Por lo demás todo es inmejorable.

We were incredibly pleased with this apartment! Not only was it charming, quaint, and very spacious, it was literally around the corner from the Colosseum! It is also right by a few cafes and the Metro station, although most major sights are within an approx. 30 minute walk (except the Vatican). Ilaria and Fabio were amazing hosts, so hospitable and helpful, giving us tips as to supermarkets, internet sites, restaurants, and lesser-known attractions. I absolutely plan to stay here next time I'm in Rome and have already recommended this property to my friends. A fantastic find!! Thank you Ilaria and Fabio for a wonderful stay!

this is a wonderful slice of paradise, where you are ment to relax and enjoy every minute of it! with a grill in the wonderful garden, and a cool staff, everything is bound to be super! only 40 minutes by train away from Rome itself, it is the perfect place to chill after a hot and tired day in the city.
apart from being cool, the staff was very helpful; when we were there, one of our friends got sick, and they helped out very much. thank you guys!
i really recommend this place for every one! c'mon, you can even chill in a pool!

If you are looking for a great location, very friendly landlords and a comfortable, clean and cosy place to stay this is the best place.
We very much enjoyed ourselves for three days. After a warm welcome we were shown the apartment and were then told what to expect from the landlords, the apartment and the city. We even got tips where to go.
The apartment itself was very clean, not something you can take for granted in France.
Overall rating, very great! (1-10 we give it a 9)

Our Hostess, Marie Helene was wonderful in every aspect of service. She provided a warm welcome, she was helpful in providing suggestions for our site-seeing expeditions, the accomodations were comfortable, attractive and clean. The apartment was wonderful! The bed was most comfortable. We really enjoyed having a washing machine in the apartment.
The directions to the Metro station were fine but from the Metro to the Apartment (about 400 meters) were very lacking. I have prepared a set of directions for use by a foriegn traveler and will forward it directly to the owner to use for future clients.

You made our first trip to Paris an amazingly pleasurable experience. The room was fantastic, opening up as it did onto a beautiful garden, with the breeze floating lazliy into the immaculately kept apartment. The breakfast each morning was an experience unto itself -- authentic French cuisine, served in a wonderful house, with care and attention.
The location was absolutely stunning. We were fortunate enough to have learned, from a helpful locale citizen who helped us find your house, all about the neighbourhood of Maison Lafitte. Importantly, it was very close to the RER, making it accessible to downtown.
In short, we will recommend to whomever we encounter, to stay at Maison Lafitte!

Un appartement et un accueil sympathiques au coeur de la Rome touristique, entre la place Navone et la place du Panthéon, à deux pas de Saint-Louis des Français, du Campo dei Fiori et des autobus du Largo Argentino, une rue calme, tout ceci est excellent. La verdad es que cuando llegamos,no sbía lo que nos íbamos a encontrar,pero entramos a una habitación de 4 camas, muy amplia,con aire acondicionado,muy limpia, y a 15 minutos del colosseo bajando por la avenida principal.
Est´s al lado de la estación de Termini y tienes muy fácil el sacar un billete para toda la semana por 16€ que te permite viajar tanto en metro como en bús.La chica del b&b era muy maja y nos atendió muy bien.Es un sitio que recomendaré a unos amigos que quieren ir en un par de meses.

Les propriétaires nous ont fait un accueil très chaleureux avec plein de bons conseils pour vivre ces quelques jours à Rome. L'appartement est très bien situé, les pièces sont spacieuses et la climatisation a été la bienvenue en ces journées de juillet. Ne pas hésiter! A 200m de la gare... super pratique pour prendre la navette quand l'avion part le matin tôt.
La ligne de métro qui permet de voir la plupart des sites est vraiment à côté.
Le proprio est vraiment sympas, l'appart est fonctionnel mais en super état. La clim était indispensable en Août quand il faisait 40°C.
Pour tout dire, on va y retourner d'ici la fin d'année!

J'ai beaucoup aimé cet établissement. L'accueil y est très chaleureux et professionnel. Rinella est magnifique et très tranquile durant la période où j'y étais. Marina, qui est à la réception, et qui parle le français (ce que j'ai apprécié beaucoup) vous accueille avec le sourire. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux et on vous le sert sur une terrasse avec vu sur la mer. Super ! Je veux remercier aussi Mme Lopez pour son accueil et son soucis de bien nous servir.

The B&B is very clean, Mr Vinci a grete friendly and helpfull person. We had a greate time. Everithing is exactly as you see on the internet. The locatin greate, you can take late walks.Wery close to Termini and very close to Coloseum and center of the city.We haven't bought any bus ticket.
If we ever visit Roma again we will most certain stai again at B&B Da Vinci.
Have a greate time in Rome it is a wonderfull city, worth seeing.

Das Appartment ist zentral und super gelegen, so dass man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten auch gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Räumlichkeiten des typisch römischen Altbaus sind in sehr gepflegtem und ansprechendem Zustand, von der Ausstattung her ist alles geboten: z. B. großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Gasofen, Fernseh- und Videogerät. Ilaria und Fabio sind sehr nette und angenehme Vermieter -stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Absprachen sind sehr unkompliziert. Unser Tipp: Ilaria ist eine sehr kompetente Reiseleiterin für Roms Sehenswürdigkeiten, wovon wir uns selbst überzeugen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartment sehr empfehlen.

We spent 8 weeks touring the UK and Europe and stayed in numerous locations. This apartment was far and away the best. Franca is an extremely gracious host. The appartment was huge! It had all the conveniences you would wish for and they were all in immaculate condition. The location is within walking distance of Roma Termini and other underground stations. There are shops nearby including supermarkets & Internet Cafe's.

Votre maison dans un lieu calme et verdoyant, à un 1/4 d'heure du Vatican, très bien désservie par les tranports en commun, nous a ouvert ses portes et nous en gardons un merveilleux souvenir.
Nous avons été pleinement satisfaites de notre grande chambre et de la salle de bains particulière, très bien entrenues journellement.
Toujours dans la délicatesse et la prévenance, vous avez pris grand soin dès 8h30 à nous offrir un petit déjeuner très copieux, servi en musique, s'il vous plait !
Votre présence, en ces moments là, et nos discussions en langue française (que vous parlez fort bien !), furent enrichissantes et un grand plaisir à partager.
Votre attention et vos conseils ont été un précieux apport pour nous guider dans nos pérégrinations romaines.
Nous avons admiré le grand soin que vous avez pris à décorer votre corridor et la salle à manger par des meubles "art nouveau" notamment et d'autres belles "antiquités" que vous nous avez fait découvrir.

I was really impressed with this property and would have no hesitation in recomending this appartment.The owner e-mailed beforehand to co-ordinate with us to hand over the keys and ask if their was anything we required for when we arrived.The owner also was available for advice on where to go etc.and was most welcoming We were 10 mins walk from Termini station where you can pick up a tour bus,hop on a bus or metro or walk to many of the famous sites.

The room was nice and spacious and we had little terrace. Andrea, the owner, was very helpfull and super friendly. The only less positive item is the breakfast. It is prepacked and to be taken in the room.
The B & B is well located and near to busstops.
We would recommend the B & B to every one and go back for our next stay in Rome !!!

From the day we arrived we enjoyed the accomodation provided by Mr Gaddi. He was welcoming and extremely friendly. The rooms provided were excellent and the services were fantastic. Every morning he would book our tickets to the sights and find out which buses to take to get to them. The breakfast provided was always morning fresh, varied and way more than we could eat in a single sitting. I really cannot praise this B and B highly enough. We will never stay anywhere else when we're in Rome. Highly, highly recommended.

Ah Victoria victoria ne changeait rien, vous êtes parfaite, tant sur l'accueil que sur votre gentillesse et votre bonne humeur. La pension est propre, calme bien située près de la gare, du métro d'un tram et des lignes de bus. Quant à Free reservation un grand merci ils sont super, précis et acommodant, aucune déception félicitation la réalité ne fut en aucun cas décevante. je vous ai déjà recommandé à toutes mes connaissances de près ou de loin.... Un mini four aurait le bien venu pour par exemple faire chauffer une pizza ou faire un gratin de légumes fromage ;)!plats typiques italiens :)!et la pomme de douche aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage à l'anti-calcaire ;)! mais c'est un détail !

This was a very clean, nice hotel with a perfect location and a nice restaurant right downstairs. The juice at breakfast was like fresh squeezed and the cappuccino delicious. The beds were comfortable and the owners solicitous. It is a great value for the money.

Angela was very nice and kind. She unfortunetely doesn't speak either French or English which made the conversations quite hard. However she helped us the best way she could.The room was very clean, maybe a little bit noisy. The B&B is very well located (close to the Metro and lots of busses...). Very nice place to live in.

Great rooms, great location at a great price. Close to everything but quiet. A few blocks from the Metro, maybe 5 from the Coloseum. Three rooms for travelers with a nice common area and shared baths. Owner does not live there so meets you on arrival, set you up, shows you supplies and how Italian coffee maker works and leaves you on your own with a key to the building, your apartment and your room. Three rooms with 2 baths to share was very good. You can spend time in the kitchen/ dining/ common area talking with other guests, or stay privately in your rooms. AC would be nice, but good fans, rooms open to a quiet court yard, so windows open and fans on worked well in the late summer heat.

Il B&B Riviera è il posto ideale per chiunque voglia visitare la costiera amalfitana senza spendere una follia. Per i bambini poi è davvero eccellente: spiaggia a pochissimi passi e accoglienza speciale. Ringrazio Gaetano, Umberto e la loro collaboratrice per tutte le attenzioni riservateci. This is great place to stay. Though it is a very private apartment, it is within walking distance of the Central Termini and the Colosseum, the Forum, Pantheon. There is a food store just 2 blocks away up Via Cavori. The owner really did a good job making us feel at home, giving us advice, etc. I could not image going back to Rome and staying in another place.

All the facilities were excellent, the owner was very pleasant and waited till after midnight for us when we arrived. We stayed for three nights and breakfast was at three different cafe's but this just added to the whole holiday experience. I have lived in Italy before this trip and understand the difficulty involved in securing a place to live that will match advestisements and expectations. This apartment rented to us through your agency by Signore Sebastianelli was absolutely beautiful. The pictures did justice yet the actual space was bigger in real life than in the pictures! There were lots of clean linens provided, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the place was spotless. We were so close to the Meteropolitana and very close to a sizeable bus stop and found it so easy to get into around; not to mention our five minute walk to St. Peter's Piazza!!!!! My girlfriend and I had such a wonderful time.
Oh yes, Having lived in Rome before I know how noisy the city is, probably the noisiest city in Europe, yet this apartment, in the heart of a small pallazino, was tranquil all day and night. Very wonderful, thank you so so much. This apartment was the highlight of our two week vacation!!!!!!

We loved our stay in Rome!!! We loved our apartment, it was clean and very spacious. I loved all the paintings on the walls and all the books on Rome.Being a family of five all of us had proper beds (no pull out sofas)they were very comfortable. Being there in August it was extremely hot, i found that the fans were suficient. The apartment was close to the colloseum, we used the metro (very efficient) to get around some of the time, most of the time we walked and walked. Floriana was friendly and was happy to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this apartment and free reservation.com were excellent with their communication. Thankyou very mush for our wonderful stay in Rome.Hope to be back someday :))))

l'accueil est vraiment excellent, on est bien renseigné sur ce qu'il faut faire sur la ville....
A 10 minutes à pieds du Colisée, proche d'une bouche de métro et de ligne de bus.
Les chambres sont propre est spacieuse, le petit déjeuner correcte.
En plein centre dans un quartier tranquille.

L'eau chaude pour les douches est difficile à régler. Les propriétaires du logement doivent indiquer où se trouve le tableau électrique lorsqu'il disjoncte (la porte d'accès est derrière une peinture encadrée...il faut le savoir...). Sinon , l'appartement est d'un très bon niveau.

It is very close to the centre and if especially if somebody comes to Rome for weekend it is positioned well in the way that: you go from S. Giovany squere through Colosseum, Via Corso to S. Petri Dome (Catedral) which takes whole day and on the way back you can just sit into Bus number 81 that goes back to s.Giovany. So no need to take taxi. Very good :-)
Regarding accomodation: very nice, clean, available coffe machine, just tea-catle missing, but owner said that when i come next time it will be there because it got broken just day before, so I am looking forward to go there once again :-)

We had a wonderful & memorable experience. Mrs. Schrafl was an excellent host. Breakfast every morning was a perfect start with fresh coffee, juice, fruits, and croissant. Non esitero`dunque a suggerire questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia fare un giro a Parigi.. e portare con se` un ricordo meraviglioso di questa citta`.
Il tepore e la familiarita` dell'atmosfera potrebbero dirsi componenti essenziali di ogni alloggio da vacanza che si rispetti!.. ma quello che ci ha offerto la nostra esperienza e` andato molto molto oltre! We were offered an alternative apartment immediately - Vespucci (in Via Amerigo Vespucci) in Testaccio and the above review refers to that apartment. The Monolocale Cadorna is at a walking distance of all the main city attractions and yet, in an Italian district away from the most touristic areas, which makes it an ideal place to stay and return after a busy day visiting. The apartment is modern, nicely decorated, clean, has a comfortable bed and includes all the necessary amenities. Sig.ra Colonnelli and Rocco were very helpful and receptive to our needs to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We will definitely return to this place if we go back to Roma one day (which hopefully will be the case since we threw a coin in the Trevi Fountain :-). Meanwhile, we will warmly recommend this apartment to our friends and relatives who plan to visit Roma.

Arches B&B was great value for money. The bedrooms were HUGE and well designed with clean ensuites. The air-condtioner worked great in the bedrooms which was needed because of the heat wave Rome was experiencing at the time. The staff were always friendly and full of knowledge to help you around Rome. It's within walking distance of the Vatican and the metro. I highly reccomend this place to all.

le problème c'est qu'en fait le petit déjeuner ne comprenais comme boisson que du lait chaud. Le café (une dose de café lyophilisé) et éventuellement le thé (un sac mis à disposition)était en plus (1.50) EURO.
Par ailleurs, j'ai égaré ; je pense dans la chambre, un petit collier auquel je tiens comment leur demander si ils ont trouvé quelque chose...?

Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'appartement. Nous avons également apprécié le choix qu'il y avait pour le déjeuner : ce fut d'ailleurs une agréable surprise pour nous. très pratique d'avoir de quoi se préparer un petit déjeuner sans être obligé d'aller acheter (surtout pour un court séjour).
Très bien équipé au niveau électroménager . seul petit bémol : un four serait appréciable.

Ah, Cia Bella! Great location, close to Termini, bus and metro. Supermarkets within three blocks and another just up the street and across from the Church of Santa Marie Magori. Within walking distance from the Colloso where you can also catch a bus (84) to the Vatican and Trivi Fountain. The room and apartment were above average and you are secure in in gated complex. But above all, Florana Lafaro is the,( owner) is the best of the best. She is more than a gate keeper, she went the extra mile for us in advice, information and even picked us up at the air port, arranged tickets on the train to catch our ship( ms Noordam) but when I didn't have the right converter for my Lap-top, she delivered one for my use. She's the best of the best you will ever find! And like i said, the location is also where you can navigate to anywhere in Rome. Our 8-day stay was fantastic and we came and went at our pleasure. Lots of shops and Tratoria's abound. But do go go the Supermarkets close by for cooking at the apartment.

First of all I have to praise the guy who is running the apartament. He was ex-ce-le-nt. Very friendly (his English is perfect) and helpfull with every matter. Very profesional and worth reccommendation, thanks to Claudio and Arianna, keep it this way. I will definitely come back when in Rome. Airport, Train Terminal, Metro, Restaurants etc... makes this place a must. I thoink next year I'd have to plan 4 months ahead to get availability :)
PS.: Just work on some address improvement, better logo visibility at the entrance door or something like this would be easier to find in the street.

A recommander !...Parfait pour une famille avec deux/trois enfants. L'appartement correspond bien à la description et la propriétaire nous a très gentiment accuilli à l'arrivée du bus.
A noter que la situation ne correspond pas au plan (proche du Piazzale Roma) mais est très pratique(terminal des vaporetti juste devant.

The apartment is situated on the 5th (top) floor and can be reached by a small elevator (and stairs). The apartment is great, everything you need is present (bring your own CDs). The neighborhood is multi-cultural and very quit in the evening. Across the street there is fresh market where you can buy anything you need to cook. The metro-station is just a few hundred meters walk. Great place to stay!

Je trouve difficile de trouver un meilleur endroit pour loger à Rome. Le confort est excellent, surtout grâce à la qualité et le charme de l’hôte de l’appartement. Me parece difícil encontrar mejor lugar para quedarse en Roma. El confort es excelente, sobre todo por la calidad y el carisma del anfitrión, quién estará encantado de ayudarles a localizarse en la ciudad, a aconsejarles sobre las visitas, etc. Es además un gran amador de las artes. Habla fluido: inglés, italiano y filipino. Cada mañana, con una gran sonrisa, hará todo lo que esté a su alcance para satisfacerles con el desayuno. El acceso a Internet es libre y cotidiano. Finalmente: el departamento está situado a dos pasos de la Estación Central Termini desde dónde se puede llegar a pie a los más destacados lugares de la maravillosa ciudad de Roma.

Ce B&B est excellent, car on y est comme à l'hôtel, sans le prix. Il est très propre et nouvellement rénové. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un bistro typique et sympa à 2 rues à côté, ce qui nous permet d'être parmi les gens qui y vivent. La situation géographique du B&B était géniale, car à 50 m environ de la gare Termini et de là, directe en métro de l'aéroport de Fumi 20 min. ou en bus 25 min. de Campiono. De ce B&B on est près de tous les endroits à visiter. On vous le recommande vivement.

Nous avons été ravis de ce B&B, l'acceuil était tres sympatique et tout correspondait parfaitement à la description. La cuisine mise a disposition est spacieuse et tres bien équipée. Madame BIONDI est une excellente hôtesse, discrète, serviable, en un mot "adorable". Nous avons eu le plaisir de goûter sa cuisine : excellente.Nous vous recommandons aussi la pizzeria au bout de la rue : pour 15€ 2 pizzas et une bouteille de vin et tout ça au milieu des familles italiennes. Une fois le plan des métros et bus dans la poche, il est très facile de se déplacer dans Rome ; il suffit de chercher le nom du lieu où l'on veut se rendre sur les panneaux aux arrêts de bus et de choisir le bon. Pour finir, excellent séjour et Rome est la plus belle ville du monde!!!

The only real problem was with the keys: these were not user-friendly. The first time we used them it took a long time; but even when we'd got used to them quite a bit of jiggling was required.
The flat was very conveniently situated for everything we wanted; in a nice area as well. The owner was very helpful and thoughtful. The flat is comfortable and we definitely want to stay there again next year.
A small point: we couldn't find either a grater or a colander; and more mugs would have been useful.

For an overal review I can say that it was excellent! The location was also very, very good not in the exact center of rome like termini, but close enough to everything in rome. The room we stayed at was very clean and the bathroom as well. The only negative was the breakfeast that was a bit poor.
Besides that I can defenitely recommend this B&B if you are staying in rome!

Logement agréable qui correspondait bien à la description. Il est situé sur une place d'un calme absolu et c'était vraiment très reposant. Accueil très sympathique de la part des propriétaires. C'est important de choisir d'avoir accès à la cuisine car c'est agréable de pouvoir se faire à manger. Seul bémol : la pièce du bas (cuisine/salle à manger)est difficile à chauffer (mais il faisait très froid à Venise pour le jour de l'an). Une très bonne adresse.

The apartment has a lot of character; big rooms with ensuite bathrooms and the ceilings must be 14ft high.
Breakfast was great; I had fruit juice, yoghurt, and a toasted sandwich each morning.
The manager is lovely and she went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible.
Obviously I was very pleased and plan on returning one day!

We absolutely loved the place. Highly recommended to anyone wishing to find a beautiful, downtown location literally eight minutes from the colosseum. Overall (other than the language barrier between the owner and ourselves (he tried his best nonetheless)) it was a great place to stay in Rome.

Staying at A Casa Di Patrizia was like staying at mom's house. Patrizia is an excellent host. Although her English is incomplete, she will persist until both sides understand. Whenever I had a problem, for example, my luggage was lost at the airport, she helped me out making calls. Her place is a bit out of town, but is a short bus ride to the Vatican Museums and St Peter's. It's a shady, quiet neighborhood, and a relief after the noise and heat of the historic center of Rome.
The following extra information will be helpful for the bus ride: When you arrive in Balduina station, you exit the station on Via Damiano Chiesa. Go uphill on Damiano Chiesa to the traffic light and cross the street (Ugo de Carolis) the 990 bus stop you want is on the left and will be heading towards Via Pieve Cadore. Take this to the stop at the intersection of Balduina and Massimi, not far, about five stops, but hard to spot the first time. A landmark I used is a private driveway on the left hand side directly in front of you at the intersection which looks almost like another road merging onto Balduina. When you get off, go left onto via Massimi, and follow the map. Her place is behind the blue gate, the first driveway on the left on Via Luigi Gherzi. The bell at the gate lists people electronically and requires you to scroll though some names, hers is Mancuso. Once through the gate her place is the first door on the left.

Nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait, quand on est arrivé un paquet de pâtes avec une bouteille de sauce tomate, du lait et des viennoiseries pour le petit déjeuner. C'est formidable car on arrive fatigué et on ne coonait pas encore bien le quartier pour faire des courses.

We spent 6 beautiful days in Rome and In Rome Guesthouse offered excellent accomodation conditions; the location is very good, close to Colosseum + Roman Forum, Campidoglio, St. Maria Maggiore, and other important visiting points. We'd warmly recommend In Rome Guesthouse for those who want to enjoy the historic Rome (being so close to important places to visit). Since we visited Rome close to Easter time, the price was quite expensive...A 20% less would have determined us to rate the relationship between price and quality as being excellent. Thank you!

From the most touristic place near piazza navona we changed to MR FRILLS.And what a change! We were welcome in the most friendliest way.
We found a very stylish place with a tasteful selected interior furnishing.Also the bath, the modern kitchen and the huge lounge.We felt space not only because of the height(5 m)of the rooms! But the deepest impression of Rome were the hosts : friendly, courteous, very obliging, we´re grateful for every information the both Mr. Frills gave us about Rome and the cool and less(non) touristic places.Rome without meeting Mr Frills and the ambitious cultural and cool hosts had not been such a good time in this city.I don´t want miss it ! We had the most pleasant stay.With being at Mr Frills we were IN Rome(thanks a lot ) FOR shure- We will return !

Télévision médiocre, vétuste, trop petite et mauvaise réception des chaînes de télévision, un petit frigo serait nécessaire.

Acueil sans aucun problème, pas de problème de langue,
Manque juste d'un petit conseil vis à vis de venise (les parking), mais arrivant pour la première fois sur venise, il est vraie qu'il ne faut pas suivre les panneaux 'parking' venant du lieu car avec un forfais venise trois jours, c'est une anarque (bateau et péage en plus, cela revient plus cher que de se garer à venise même))(ceci n'ayant en rien a voir avec l'hébergement) .

Mr. Italo was a very nice man who welcomed us. The room was extremely clean and so was the bathroom. The area is not very close, but close enough for us because there was no noise in the area. It was in walking distance to the Vatican. The room was quite and the bathroom extremely clean. Breakfast was okay; nothing fancy. We really enjoyed the area and the room.

Je dois dire que j'étais un peu réticente pour la location de chambres sur internet, mais là j'ai été bluffée!!! La réservation était très rapide et claire. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, c'était encore mieux que ce que j'imaginais: en plein centre à une minute de tous les monuments, un quartier très joli, un calme absolu et un patron très très gentil qui nous a aidé pour trouver des restaurants et des lieux à voir en essayant de parler français. Le petit déjeuner au lit était une belle surprise, très copieux et avec plusieurs choix de nourriture et de boissons. Le prix était vraiment agréable pour deux étudiants: environ le même que dans une auberge de jeunesse, mais un service de luxe!!! merci encore d'avoir répertorié cette adresse sur votre site internet, je me réjouis de repartir!

Our host and hostess were terrific and very helpful. There are computers in the rooms (standard price 3 Euro for 30 min or 5 Euro for an hour) which was wonderful. Rooms were immaculate. The Metro is only a few steps away, even closer than what we had envisioned. Breakfast is indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather. I would definitely return to the Astoria Palace. The only thing was that the map provided wasn't as clear as the cab driver would have liked. Had some difficulty finding it in the maze of streets of Rome.

Excellent accueil et appartement très agréable, du moins pour deux personnes. Comme nous l'avions lu sur les appréciations précédentes, la rue est effectivement assez bruyante, mais pour des citadins comme nous ce sont des bruits "de ville" tout à fait habituels (hormis les "klaxons" dont les romains usent ou abusent (?) plus que les parisiens !!!) et supportables en novembre. Il est vrai que pendant un été chaud l'ouverture des fenêtres peut aggraver ce constat. Bien apprécié le "kit dépannage petit-déj", tel que cité également par les précédents occupants. Logement très bien situé et desservi pour une découverte de la ville, quartier agréable et commerces "de tous niveaux" à proximité. Parking payant dans la rue, de 8h00 à 19h00, pour 7,00 € par jour, (notre véhicule n'a - comme souhaité - pas quitté sa place pendant tout le séjour). Adresse à retenir !!!

Our stay at Locanda dell Angelo was superb!
Lovely spacious clean rooms, convenient locality, friendly service, good value for money.
The internet / hot spot gave poor connectivity.
Angelo was very helpful to get e-mail and print tour reservation for us when we were pressed for time!
Above all this good value for money, we also experienced these wonderful service additionally:
- Angelo offered that we could store our luggage till our flight the evening of check out
- He accommodated our request to have a bath on picking up our luggage. That was a wonderful gesture, much appreciated by us and made our long trip back hope more comfortable!
- He went so far as to supply us with clean towels!
I can definitely recommend this B&B for your stay in Rome without reservations!

Je vous recommande chaleureusement ce jolie B&B - J'y ai passé un mois et ça été tout simplement au delà de mes attentes. Vous êtes plongé dans un univers complètement romain dans un endroit très sécuritaire et très confortable. Stefano, Francesca et la petite Elena ont été vraiment très gentils et ils me manquent beaucoup. Ils ont été toujours très présents et ils ont fait tout leur possible pour que je puisse me sentir comme chez-moi ! Et ça marche car je me suis vraiment sentie comme chez-moi à Rome :) Francesca préparait de merveilleux 'DOLCE' que je mangeais à chaque soir car ils arrivaient tout chauds et je n'arrivais pas à attendre au lendemain matin pour les manger. En plus, le B&B est situé dans une zone tranquille à quelques minutes de marche du Vatican et des attractions touristiques. Juste en face du B&B se trouve un marchand de vin, une boulangerie, un charcutier et un fromager où vous trouverez de tout pour un bon petit repas. Pas très loin un superbe restaurant 'La Vittoria' et 'Le bar a café Daniele' pour de merveilleux cappuccino. De votre chambre vous pouvez avoir accès à l'internet wi-fi et faire votre correspondance tranquillement de votre lit :) Il y a tant à dire ! Pour ma part, j'ai adoré cet endroit qui est devenu tranquillement comme mon chez-moi à Rome. J'espère d'ailleurs y retourner bientôt !

È la seconda volta che "visito" il B&B Domus Anna per l'eccellenza del servizio offerto e per la posizione a dir poco invidiabile. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Prestation excellente. Accueil de Barbara très agréable. La situation géographique de l'appartement est idéale. Proche de la gare et des lignes de bus. Proche également du centre historique de Rome à pied. Le quartier est très calme (du moins au mois de novembre). A 5mn à pied il y a un supermarché très bien achalandé. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. La prestation est irréprochable à un prix plus que raisonnable. Old styled but very cozy, very intimate, the apartment is placed in a superb area. You can actualy walk to Vatican or other objectives (Navona, Pantheon, Trevi, il Vittoriano etc.). Plus, you feel like a roman while in this apartment.
The room, the kitchen and most of all, the bathroom were extremely clean. Nothing to comment in this direction.
The kitchen has everything you need in order to prepare your own food. 10-15 minutes away from Billa or Carrefour Express.
The upper bed is a special experience that I would recommend to everyone. The owner is a very warm and cooperative person. My commendations for him!
My recomandation is that when you arrive for the first time, to use a taxi, expecially if you arrive late in the evening.
Scarcely expect to return to this location!

A very nice place to stay, good situated between the central station and colosseum. Large comfortable bed, private bathroom and nice litte balcony full of flowers. Very quite street so we had really good sleep. The young woman who run the place hardly speaks english but it dosen´t matter, she very friendly and helpful. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement: literie confortable, machine à café faisant d'excellents cafés, petit frigo pratique. Par contre la présence d'un microonde serait un plus.
Ce logement est parfait pour les court séjours car le logement ne possède pas de fenêtre autre que la porte fenêtre d'entrée. Claustrophobe s'abstenir... mais le bon coté est l'extrême calme du logement bien que situé dans une rue très passante.
La localisation de ce logement est vraiment son point fort : 300 mètres du Colisée, 200 mètres des ruines romaines et puis tous les autres monuments romains accessibles à pied.
Et l'accueil de Mme Marinetti est vraiment chaleureux, elle nous a bien conseillé, quant aux restaurants alentours.

Il B&B era assolutamente oltre le nostre aspettative e il padrone di casa è davvero una persona eccezionale: competente, accogliente, disponibile ma mai invadente.
Tutte le line metro e autobus erano vicine e quindi gli spostamenti non si sono rivelati così complicati come pensavamo. Se dovessi tornare a PArigi non avrei dubbi su dove andare a dormire!!!

Es ist in Rom sehr unständlich, Gepäck am Bahnhof zu deponieren (Sicherheitskontrollen, ...). Es wäre schon sehr praktisch, wenn man dieses am Abreisetag bis zu Zugsabfahrt im Hotel lassen könnte.

I d'ont think there is anything negative to say. Everything from the plentiful Italian style continental breakfast in the morning in your room at whatever time you request it and clean and tidy rooms everyday, to the really friendly and helpful staff and rustic beauty of the room, I would definitely recommend it and stay here again myself.
The location itself is very convenient because it is steps away from the Termini train station, and although the area may not look very desirable its really not that bad; and plus, you will be gone for the whole day and the B&B Rome is very secure with your own key to get into the actual building and of course one for your room. Definitely walking distance to many of the main attractions, but seeing how close the train station is and how easy and convenient it is to take, you may as well.

Seule réserve, l'équipement de cuisine: pas de théière ou récipient pour faire du café soluble, pas de dessous de plat,pas de planche à découper ou à pain, pas de couteau de taille appropriée pour les légumes, pas de saladier, pas de plat à four (alors qu'il y a un four). Cet équipement vraiment minimum et trop succinct pour un séjour relativement long (8 jours) mis à part, l'appartement est clair (pas si fréquent à Venise) au coeur de la ville, mais très tranquille au fond de son Corte. Verdict dans l'ensemble très positif, les défauts pouvant facilement être corrigés.

We were treated as if we had gone to a Five Star Hotel. Janot was cordial, knowledgeable, helpful; all the attributes that one looks for in a host. We felt very much at home and welcome there. We will go again some day.

Nous sommes très satisfait des prestations de la chambre, du contact de free et aussi des propriétaire sur place.La chambre était très spacieuse avec une belle salle de bain (grande douche),télé,et même la clim !La maison était close par une barrière électrique,donc aucun problème pour la voiture.Le seul bémol c'est l'adresse.Il était précisé sur le site "via pistoiese 50,50145 FIRENZE" or ce n'est pas à Firenze,mais pas très loin (environs 6 kms).L'adresse des propriètaires exacte pour avoir la clé est : via pistoiese 50,50013 Campi Bisenzio.

The owner was very friendly to welcome me at late hours, and also to come back to get the keys very early when I left. Full modern confort (fridge, air conditionner, shower cabinet, cooking plates ...) at an incredibly low price.
The flat is a good 5 minutes walk from Roma central station and Metro stations. Long opening hours supermarket nearby. Also, the nearby Villa Borghese park is a must.

El alojamiento esta muy bien situado para poder disfrutar de unos dias en Roma de forma economica. El duño es super agradable y te da recomendaciones para pasar los dias.
Al ser un B&B el aseo es compartid pero solo con otras dos habitaciones por lo que no hemos tenido ningun problema, ademas estaba todo muy limpio. Yo lo recomiendo

Bonjour, nous avons passé un formidable séjour à Rome gràce à la gentillesse de nos hotes, John et son équipe et au bon gout de la décoration. Le logement est très bien situé car à la sortie même du métro. Donc idéal pour se déplacer. Même à pied: Colisee, Saint Jean de Latran et Vittorio Emanuel. J'ai trouvé l'idée du petit déjeuner (plutot copieux!)en libre service très sympa car possible de le faire à toute heure, et même de prendre un café en rentrant d'une longue journée de promenades. Le palazzo ou se trouve le Guesthouse aussi est très élégant: un adorable cortile interieur, vert, rafraichissant, apporte de la paix au lieu. Tout bon pour ce logement! Merci pour tout

Si le diable, dit-on, est dans les détails Melle Valeri Germana a terrassé le diable car chez elle tout a été pensé, avec succés, dans le moindre détail.
Il reste que l'appartement est situé au plein coeur de la ville là ou la gaité s'exprime et s'entend. En s'équipant de tampons pour les oreilles tout a été pour le mieux. Si s'était à refaire nous referons le même choix.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le quartier fait un peu peur au premier abord, mais aucun problème au final. L'appartement est situé à cinq minutes à pied d'une station de métro, dix minutes de la gare et un petit quart d'heure du Colisée, avec en bonus le meilleur glacier de Rome (d'Italie ? du monde ?) à trois pas ! Les propriétaires sont charmants et agréables, et l'appartement était dans un excellent état de propreté. Quelle joie de se sentir chez soi en voyage !

Accueil vraiment formidable, on ne pouvait simplement pas espérer mieux! Nous étions dans la chambre double et elle est vraiment spacieuse du fait de son haut plafond. Léger petit problème pour l'eau chaude mais qui a été résolu rapidement. La dame (très charmante au passage!) nous a mis à disposition de nombreux guides sur Rome et le Vatican. Le déjeuner est vraiment bien fourni et très bon!
On vous recommande donc fortement cette endroit pour un séjour à Rome!

We have absolutely enjoyed our stay in Blues Bed & Breakfast. The owner and his wife are very friendly and made everyone feel at home.
I have been to number of B&Bs in Rome but would definitely come back to Blues when I am back to Rome. The place is very well looked after, very clean and best value for money.

Nous sommes d'une part satisfaits des services de freeréservation et de la qualité du logement. Francesca nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et le logement était tout à fait agréable et à la hauteur de ce qui nous avait été annoncé. Overall we had an excellent stay at the apartments and Roberta was so friendly and caring. It is also within an easy walk of approximately 15 mins to the Vatican. Only recommendation is to have maps in the apartment to mark where the apartment is located in relation to the various sites to visit.
I would highly recommend the apartment especially for families with kids. Having air-conditioning and a washing machine also was a bonus.

We consider ourselves lucky to have chosen this B&B for our first stay in Venice. Not knowing the place, we based our choice on the feedback left by previous guests and were not disappointed in the least.
Upon our arrival, we found easy access to the B&B using the vaporetti, and that it was indeed situated close to the city centre (10-minute walk). Overall, it is a quiet and very comfortable place with all modern facilities, just as advertised.
The host gave us a very warm welcome and provided very good hearty breakfasts during our stay.
We were lucky to have one of the rooms with a balcony on the canal, where we had our breakfasts.
We definitely recommend this place!

We felt very welcome by the lady of the house. She gave us some explanations of how to get to major attractions. Place is well located because the metro and tram are very close by, but there aren't many places to eat around the house. They have a very nice courtyard in the building. I will recommend it to friends!
