Opened in September 2003, after an accurate restoration of this Venetian palace, “La Campana” is located in the historical centre of Venice, in one of the city’s main calli, or streets. It is just two minutes on foot from the Rialto Bridge and three minutes from the enchanting Saint Mark’s square. While enjoying your continental buffet breakfast on the second floor lounge, you can enjoy the splendid view of Campo San Luca - a favourite central meeting venue for Venetians. The building has 6 rooms on 3 floors with no elevator, all in typical venetian style, and equipped with en suite bathroom, telephone, minibar, TV, private safe and A/C. “La Campana” is easy to reach from Piazzale Roma (the bus and car terminal), or from the Santa Lucia Train Station on the line 1 waterbus (vaporetto) in just 12 minutes of navigation along the Grand Canal. From the Marco Polo international airport, by paying a private water taxi or, alternatively, by first taking the AVTO line n. 5 city bus and then the line 1 vaporetto mentioned above from Piazzale Roma.
