Villa Berghinz, completely restored, has been inaugurated in 2004 and is open all year round. Its position is a strategic one: with a five minutes' walk you can reach not only the beach, but also the vaporetto (boat) stop connecting Lido to St. Mark's Square (fifteen minutes), to the Biennale Gardens (five minutes), or to the Railway Station and the car terminal of Piazzale Roma (approx. forty minutes). A convenient boat connection to/from the Marco Polo airport is also available.
*** THE ROOMS ***
The Villa offers three large rooms (more than 25sqm),each furnished with three beds. All rooms have adjoining private bathroom. The standard equipment of each room is a wardrobe, a desk, table with chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning. Small pets are admitted.
The bathrooms are equipped with a wash basin (hot water), toilette, bidet und shower cabin. Towels are provided.
