Our lovely apartment, situated on the first and second floor of a prestigious Venetian building, is just beside the Accademia Gallery and a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco , Palazzo Grassi and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.

At sunset we suggest you to reach the "Punta della Dogana" from which you will admire the Piazza San Marco and San Giorgio island from another splendid viewpoint.

At our clients' disposal a beautiful terrace too overlooking the Canal Grande, where you can have breakfast on sunny days and laze about during the evenings when the first breeze starts to blow on the lagoon.
