Our lovely apartment, situated on the first and second floor of a prestigious Venetian building, is just beside the Accademia Gallery and a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco , Palazzo Grassi and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.

You will be welcomed in a simple and pleasant mode, actually giving hospitality to a guest is one of our major pleasures, not only a professional must or business. The client will be helped with suggestions, cuddled and welcomed in one of the most elegant "Sestieri" in Venice. Our staff speaks fluently 5 languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French and German.

Being located in a strategic position, you will be able to enjoy your stay visiting the close Accademia Gallery where you can admire the best masterpieces of Venetian artists such as Tintoretto, Giorgione, Guardi, and Carpaccio or booking a romantic gondola ride through the Canal Grande just outside the apartment. At sunset we suggest you to reach the "Punta della Dogana" from which you will admire the Piazza San Marco and San Giorgio island from another splendid viewpoint.

The few rooms, airy and bright all with safe, furnished with taste, have a marvelous view and are the perfect place to relax after a long day discovering this marvelous city, unique in the world. At our clients' disposal a beautiful terrace too overlooking the Canal Grande, where you can have breakfast on sunny days and laze about during the evenings when the first breeze starts to blow on the lagoon. On the breakfast table, in the room, on the terrace or in the breakfast room, you will always find superb croissants and cappuccino prepared with a special touch and a sprinkle of cocoa.
