Our Guest House is located in the Historic Center of Venice, in the Cannaregio District a 7 minute walk from the train station with only one bridge to cross! Our Guest House is a real home, we have 9 bedrooms with private baths for rent. We have an inviting courtyard where you can relax with a glass or two of wine. On our third floor we have a terrace for use by all our guests, a perfect spot for breakfast or an afternoon nap!
Our rooms are all of a comfortable size, we have air conditioning in some rooms and clients have access to the kitchen.
Modestly furnished and very clean with a personal, creative touch by the owner.
The house is divided in this way: ground floor entrance + courtyard with service bar (opening summer 2008), 1st floor office, kitchen, 4 rooms, 2nd floor owners flat + 3 rooms, 3rd floor 2 rooms, dining area, terrace.

The Guest House is conveniently located to the train station, P. Roma, the Venetian Casino and the Jewish Ghetto. We are about 20 minutes walking from San Marco and a traghetto (short gondola ride across the grand canal costs 50 cents) ride away from the exciting Rialto Fish Market and famous bridge. A 15 minute walk to Fondamenta Nuova where you can hop on a vaporetto and head off to the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and others.
Cannaregio is a large residential district which offers visitors the experience of walking amongst the locals. There are many bars, shops, restaurants & pizzeria.
Our family restaurant La Colombina is next door and all clients are offered a discount of 10% on meals.

Breakfast is free and served in the garden from April 1 to October 1.
