breakfast is in Via Panisperna, right in the heart of the Monti area,the historic district right beside the Coliseum and just a stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna. The bed and breakfast, which has a single suite, has been set up with considerable attention to even the smallest details so the guests are guaranteed a relaxing atmosphere, full of charm and as healthy as can be. No smoking, of course, is an absolute imperative for an atmosphere where you can stay healthy and relaxed at all times of the day.
The guests' suite has all mod cons: en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath-tub, television, a double bed with a pure lattice allergy-proof mattress, fan and lovely parquet floors. The large room is also very well-lit. There is plenty of room, too, for a third bed.

The bed and breakfast has a beautiful terrace looking out onto the roofs of Rome, the perfect place for you to enjoy our rich breakfasts, almost like being in a film.

The entire apartment has very recently been completely restructured with the focus on the environment and the well-being of those who stay here: environment-friendly paints, parquet and only top-quality materials used.
