The caracteristic of our B&B, a part from the marvellous location and the wellcoming of the accommodation made up of bedroom with en suite private bathroom and independent entrance, it is the offer of a very good accommodation at a price really convenient.
The ambience of Rione Monti and the elegance of the historical Palazzo Franchetti (dated 1700 and recently reformed) into which it is situated the B&B, will make of your holiday a lovely stay. Rome with its beauties will make the rest. You can reach on foot the most important destinations of your travel, between them : Colosseo, Palatino, Campidoglio, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. You can walk safe by night flavouring the atmosphere of the ancient Rome.

The bedroom is lovely furnished, cool in summer and quite because it is over an ancient yard, in the room you can find a frigobar and a coffeemachine. In the bathroom you can find an hairdryer. Included in the price the breakfast (italian style) very rich and self service. Change of linen every 4 nights (Sunday excluded). During the summer months the room disposes of air conditionning to be paid (5 euro per day) to be paid in loco. In the B&B it is forbbiden to smoke. News paper e gift shop inside. On demand additional services to be paid: laundry, auto to rent with chauffeur.
In the immediate proximitie you can find supermarkets, laundries with coins, shops and a parking to be paid.

You can reach the B&B easily from the airports with by public transports. From the Station Termini you can choose between taking the Subway Ligne B (direction Laurentina) and get off in CAVOUR, or by bus n° 75 or 84 (direction Fori Imperiali) and get off in Via dei Serpenti just 4 stops.
