Our B&B is a small tipical structure directly managed by the family. The environment is calm and discreet, very suitable for travellers who desire to sojourn in a pleasant, simple and family environment - just as to proper house.

It is located at "Marconi Bridge" between “Trastevere” and “St.Paul Church” next to Tiber river

in a commercial zone well linked to historical center. In the immediate proximities there are shops, cafe, restaurants, public transport services and taxi station.

To disposition of the guests there are 3 pleasant, functional and comforting rooms (1 triple and 2 double) of which one with exclusive bath and the others two with bath to share.

All the rooms are endowed with shovels fan to the ceiling and TV Sat.

Also, in the house it is active the connection internet wi-fi with password of protection.

The rooms have the characteristic followings:

- 1 ample triple room with matrimonial bed, third bed and possibility to add a fourth bed, furnished in modern and functional way, with private balcony. The bath is shared with double standard room guests.

- 1 double standard room with approachable twin beds and modern and functional furnishing. The bath is shared with triple room guests.

- 1 old style double room furnished with first '900 ancient furniture. With twin beds and inside reserved bath into the room and small private balcony .

In the house there are 3 baths of which 2 reserved to the guests and the other one is reserved to the owner.

To the arrival the guests receive the keys of access to the house and to the external front door of the building.

The first breakfast type Italian it's served in the stay or in the room from the 7,30 at 9,30 o'clock. Occasionally for the breakfast it is active the convention with a cafe of the proximities

Next the B.B there are 2 railway stations (Rome Trastevere and Rome Ostiense that are reached in 10/15 minutes.) and the subway Metro line B (S.Paolo Basilica stop and Marconi stop) attainable also with a walk by foot.in 10 minutes or by bus in 2 / 4 stops.

By bus or metro B it is possible to reach shortly time the most greater sites of tourist interest. Trastevere in 10/15 min.and the historical center in 15/20 min. By tram n° 8 (in Trastevere Station) it is possible to arrive at the Pantheon or in Navona square in 15/20 minutes. Circus Massimo and Colosseum by metro B in 20/25 minuts.

To few footsteps it is present the cycle footstep that races along the right bank of the river Tevere allowing 10/15 mins. to reach the island Tiberina in full center.
