The San Ferdinando B&B, is situated in a 17 hundreds Townhouse on Via Monte di Dio, a famous residential street build in the 18th Century as an extension of the Chiaja Quartier. As well as the more famous and important monuments in the area, one finds the Politeama Theatre, many small bars, typical Neapolitan Restaurants, Trattorias and wine bars which contribute to creating a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere.

The house is divided into two zones, one of these, with its independent entrance, its large bathroom, its fully fitted kitchen is reserved for the guests. The bedrooms, recently renovated, and tastefully decorated, are found on the floor above and accessed passing through the large library and study containing over 3000 books. Breakfast, included in the price, is served in the salon of the Grand Café Gambrinus, which is located a short walk from the B&B in the nearby Piazza Trieste and Trento adjacent to the Piazza Plebiscito.
The bedrooms, single and double, recently renovated, are found on the upper level and can be accessed by a stairs in the salon/sitting room. They have been tastefully decorated, and attentively fitted out with all modern comforts. The salon, completely decorated offers comfortable leater couches for relaxation and reading. An additional fold up bed can be added to the bedrooms and this bed can be found opposite the kitchen area. An Internet connection is available.
