The Residenza B&B has five fully furnished bedrooms, each with its own electronic key, satellite television, telephone/internet, clock radio, air conditioning, regulating lights and en-suite bathroom. Each room is named and characterized by its own specific colour. The elegant, polished fittings and light, relaxing colours help to ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing and peaceful night’s rest.
Residenza Il Maggio B&B is situated opposite the Comunale Theatre, where the famous Maggio Musicale Fiorentino takes place each year. It is very close to the bank of the River Arno and to the “Parco delle Cascine”, the largest public park in Florence, where pleasurable and relaxing walks are possible.
The Residenza is located within ten minutes walking distance from the city centre and from the central train station; Santa Maria Novella.
Natural materials such as wood and soft coloured fabrics have been chosen to furnish the rooms and ensure a pleasant stay. There is a conforteble bright guest room where a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and cakes is served. Our guests will be able to start the day afresh in a pleasant and delightful atmosphere.
