The Ca' Lucia has an independent entrance and is excellently positioned and not subjected to the problems caused by the acqua alta(periodical
flooding of some parts of Venice) Ca' Lucia is easily reached from both Piazzale Rome and the train station using the n° 82 ferryboat (S.Samuele stop).
The independent apartment can house up to 4 people and consists of a living room, a kitchen with divan-bed and television, one double room with exotic tapestry and a bathroom with shower and bath: it is also equipped with all comforts such as hair-dryer, toaster, micro-wave oven, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cleaning, water, electricity and independent heating are included.
